How do I place an order online?

Each product page allows you to add that product to your Order by simply entering a quantity and/or size and then clicking the Add to Order button. Then you have the option of checking out or continuing to shop. The Checkout pages will walk you through the process step-by-step as you enter your payment information and any special instructions. Checkout uses our secure server so your transaction information is safe.

How do I enable pop-ups for this site?

By default, browsers display pop-ups that appear as a result of you clicking a link or button. Pop-up Blocker blocks pop-ups that are displayed automatically (without you clicking a link or button). If you want to allow a specific website to display automatic pop-ups, click here to learn how.

What are my payment options?

This store accepts all major credit cards. Or, you may use payroll deduction.

Is there sales tax on my order?

Shipments to the state of Missouri are assessed sales tax, currently 9.6% of the merchandise order total, excluding shipping and handling. Shipments outside of Missouri are not subject to sales tax.

What is the standard delivery method?

In-stock orders placed standard delivery are shipped via UPS Ground. If you require expedited shipping, please contact Customer Service. If you are located in the Kansas City area you may request “customer pickup” and pick up from our facility located in the River Market area, at no charge.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In-stock orders are packaged and shipped the same business day when received prior to 2:30 PM CST. If the order is received after 2:30 PM CST, the order will ship the following business day. As an added bonus, any order picked up from the MMI warehouse may be picked up before 5:00 PM CST, the same business day if ordered by 2:30 PM CST.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! Once your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with your Order ID number and the details of your order. Please retain this e-mail until you receive your order.

What is your return policy?

In-stock program merchandise can be exchanged or returned for full credit if returned within 30 days after purchase. The merchandise must be in the original packaging, never worn or used. Merchandise purchased on sale is non-returnable. Shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. Please note you must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning product, to reduce any delay in the exchange/return process.
